What we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to provide alice: your email, Slack workspace ID, and OAuth tokens for connected data sources (Stripe, Supabase, etc.). We do not store query results or your business data.

How we use it

Your credentials are used solely to execute queries on your behalf. Query results are displayed in Slack and not stored on our servers. We use your email to send account-related communications only.

Data security

All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256. Data in transit is protected via TLS 1.3. We never share your data with third parties except as required to provide the service (e.g., Slack API, payment processing via Stripe).

Data retention

Query results are not retained. Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication only. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies.
