Agreement

By using alice, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. Simple as that.

The service

alice connects to your data sources (Stripe, Supabase, etc.) and lets you query them via Slack. We provide the interface—you're responsible for your data and how you use the insights.

Your responsibilities

Keep your credentials secure. Don't use alice for anything illegal. Don't try to break or abuse the service. You're responsible for all activity under your account.

Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel anytime—access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of purchase.

Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. Third-party services (Slack, Stripe, your data sources) may have their own outages outside our control.

Liability

alice is provided "as is". We're not liable for decisions you make based on data from alice, or for any indirect damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We'll notify you of significant changes via email.
